FAREWELL 2024
As the school year comes to a close, emotions run high as students prepare to bid farewell to their beloved alma mater. For the board students, this farewell marks the end of an era filled with memories, friendships, and academic achievements. To commemorate this significant milestone, PLAYWAY ACADEMY INTER COLLEGE (PWAIC) organized farewell functions on 9th February 2024 , an event filled with nostalgia, laughter, and tears.
The farewell function serves as a time for students, teachers,
and staff to reminisce about the journey they've shared. From the first day of
school to the final exams, each moment has contributed to the growth and
development of these young individuals.
One by one, the students took the stage, each sharing their
cherished experiences from their time spent in school. With heartfelt anecdotes
and nostalgic reflections, they painted a vivid picture of their journey,
weaving together moments of laughter, learning, and growth. Their stories
served as a testament to the vibrant tapestry of memories that define their
school years, leaving an indelible mark on all who listened.
Farewell function
becomes a platform to acknowledge and celebrate these beloved memories. The
students strut down the runway, each step a bold declaration of their poise and
style, captivating the audience with their youthful energy and flair.
Following the heartfelt sharing of experiences, the junior
students took the spotlight, enchanting the audience with a series of
captivating dance performances, infusing the atmosphere with energy and joy.
Laughter and excitement filled the air as everyone participated in a spirited
game of musical chairs, relishing the camaraderie and friendly competition.
Afterwards, a delicious lunch was served, providing a moment for everyone to
unwind, connect, and continue relishing the bonds forged within the school
community.
Our esteemed Director graced the occasion with his inspiring
words, showering the students with blessings and motivation. As a gesture of
affection, he also presented them with a heartfelt token of appreciation,
symbolizing the bond between mentor and student.
As the farewell function draws to a close, there is a sense
of bittersweetness in the air. While students eagerly look forward to new
adventures and opportunities, they also acknowledge the end of a chapter in
their lives. Friends bid tearful goodbyes, promising to stay in touch despite
the distances that may separate them. Teachers offer words of wisdom and
encouragement, reminding students to embrace change with courage and
resilience.
As the curtain falls on the farewell function, students
leave with a sense of nostalgia and anticipation for the future. Armed with
memories to cherish and lessons learned, they embark on new journeys, ready to
face the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Though they may be
bidding farewell to their school days, the bonds established and memories
created will remain etched in their hearts forever.
